2. Regulation and admission

The firm and its directors are governed by the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014, and the Rules and Code of Conduct made under it. Our directors and any employed attorneys are admitted to practise in the High Court of South Africa and are registered with the Legal Practice Council. Where indicated, individual practitioners are also admitted as notaries public.

Complaints about the firm or any of its practitioners may be directed to the Legal Practice Council at lpc.org.za.

3. Professional indemnity

The firm holds professional indemnity cover through the Legal Practitioners' Indemnity Insurance Fund NPC, with additional top-up cover above the statutory minimum.

4. Copyright
